I'm Blessed - January 10, 2012

I get excited when it snows like any good Minnesotan girl, but this winter's lack of snow and mild temps have been a big blessing to me!

With a newborn and two rambunctious preschoolers, Nathaniel's busyness with Q4 at work, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and general weariness, I'm very glad I haven't needed to navigate through snow drifts and find time (or Nathaniel have to find time) to shovel!

But what is a Minnesota winter without a little snow? Sad! So we've been making some of our own & taking advantage of the the ice, the little bit of snow we have, and the warmer temps to get outside and play! :-) It'll do for now, at least until I get a bit more sleep.

I'm blessed to serve the Creator of the world who has authority over the weather! P.S. I'm not praying for no snow, I'm just thankful that that's the kind of winter we've had!

   he removes kings and sets up kings;
he gives wisdom to the wise
   and knowledge to those who have understanding;"
