Tantrums, Caribou, and Sleep

Not going to mention any names, but it is so challenging to deal with tantrums and the accompanying anger (both on my part and on my child's part). Pressing on in patience is my prayer for this season. I know that the more patient I am, the better I'll be able to reach my child's heart in it all. Eventually the irrationality of it all will will come to light. So that's what I'm praying for today: patience, in the moment and in the season.

While out doing Christmas shopping, I remembered about the giveaway post! :-) Buying things for other people at Christmas is lots of fun, especially if you think/know that the other person really will love it or need it. And everyone needs coffee, unfortunately, I can't buy coffee for everyone. I was able to splurge enough to purchase two Caribou gift cards for the guessers on either side of Evangeline's birthday, October 28: Lynda for the 29th, and Amy for the 27th. Incidentally, those were the first two guesses! Keep your eyes on the post ladies!

Sleep is something that I want for Christmas. It doesn't even need to be wrapped. Nuff said. ;-)
